2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You may not use another user's account without permission

3. Prohibited Uses

• Using FlashHire for any unlawful purpose
• Submitting false or misleading information about yourself or your company
• Harassing, abusing, or discriminating against other users
• Uploading viruses or malicious code
• Attempting to scrape or extract platform data without permission

4. AI Features

FlashHire uses artificial intelligence to match candidates with jobs, screen applications, and provide insights. AI-generated content is provided as recommendations only. Human review is required for all final hiring decisions.

5. Video Interviews

Video interviews may be recorded with explicit consent from all parties. Recordings are stored securely and used only for recruitment purposes.

6. Payment Terms

Certain features require paid subscriptions or one-time purchases. All fees are charged in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Employer Responsibilities

Employers using FlashHire must comply with all applicable employment laws, including equal opportunity employment laws. Job postings must be for genuine, legal employment opportunities. Salary ranges must be accurate and not misleading.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason that protects the integrity of the platform. You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

FlashHire is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of FlashHire after changes constitutes acceptance.
